Seva Devices™ LLC was founded in Pennsylvania in 2024 by two lifelong friends and seasoned industry leaders, Rakesh Amin and Denny Durmis. With decades of experience in medical imaging, they saw an industry where financial priorities overshadowed patient care. Large corporate entities focused on maintaining outdated business models, burdened by hierarchical and bureaucratic structures, which drove up costs and stifled innovation. Inspired by the Sanskrit word Seva meaning 'selfless service'—they created a company that prioritizes patients and healthcare providers by delivering exactly what’s needed: high-quality, cost effective solutions backed by exceptional support, without unnecessary overhead.
